「We can’t rate this establishment highly enough. We felt so at home! The staff were so friendly and treated us like family. The food and spirits were amazing. The view was utterly breathtaking! I hope when we return we can stay again. 」

「The bunkhouse is really well managed and we were really well informed of how the bunkhouse worked, especially the shared spaces. The staff were friendly and helpful too. This place is especially suited to young travellers who can catch up with like minded, adventurous people. 」

「We appreciated the deep silence of this stone, multi-floor structure that faces the harbor on a main thoroughfare. We recognized its two white gables as we exited the Isle of Mull ferry at 9:00 PM. Our key was waiting for us in a lockbox for late arrivals. The morning buffet (£10/person) was remarkably tasty and generous.」

「Excellent short stay as we prepare to take the ferry to Mull. Great proximity to Oban, up on the hill above the town, so quiet and peaceful. Incredible view facing west from the car park! Lovely stay in a clean and comfy room.」

「Some resident/or residents used the toaster just after 7am Saturday morning so this was a bit distressing rushing downstairs then back upstairs to help a family member downstairs ( mobility issues) Other than the above room was clean reception lady was lovely cleaners were friendly. Thank you but perhaps a talk to residents about safety while using facilities 」

「We enjoyed how warm the room stayed, considering it was chilly and windy outside. The room also had a sink in it which was very convenient. The staff was short and rude with us and unaccommodating, which is our only complaint of the facility. It is a very bare bones place so if you are simply looking for a place to rest your head at the end of the day, this is a good choice.」

「Our host Michael was charming, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodationn was fantastic with spectular views over the loch. The room was big, as was the onsuite, and there were great touches e.g. a cafetiere with coffee, supplied free, each morning. Breakfast was plentiful, freshly cooked abd yummy. We will definitley saty again.」

「Owners very friendly, location very close to harbour, good breakfast and very convenient free car park.」

「Lovely, quirky little hotel set close to main town centre. Parking is at the local carpark so have to pay during working hours but it's just up the road so easy to access. George was very helpful about restaurants, pubs, etc. Room was at the top front and very comfortable albeit quite small and we were at the top so stairs could be an issue for some guests. Lovely view over Oban bay so well worth the climb. Al in all great ttle hotel for a short visit. 」

「Its a dump i would not keep sheep there never ever again」

「Such a disappointment, the room was small and old fashioned. Very little space for two people, and damp in the atmosphere. Towels never dried and had to shower and air dry as gettibg dried with a cold damp towel was no fun. Check in security was pior, anyon can just walk in and pick up keys to a room , no staff around and when you rang the numbers for contact there was no answer from all three!」
