「Private apartment, managed by the hostel around the corner. Double bed in living room is a full size couch/futon (a 1.5 person bed). When we came in, the mirror was full of white foam, sprayed but never wiped. That was a quick remedy. Nice decoration. There was a very strong cleaning smell in the kitchen and bathroom and I could see a spray of it in the sink, like it was never rinsed (think Antikal, liquid descaler). That should have been rinsed. Apartment is one floor up, stairs only, good to...

「Only stayed for one night but accommodations were very clean and space worked well for our family of 5. It was nice that living room had a door which essentially made it a 3rd bedroom and my son said futon couch was comfortable. Each room also had a nice fan that kept us cool and comfortable. One complaint is that the shower water pressure was very poor. Lovely terrace that we wish we’d spent more time on!」

「Lovely, spacious apartment in the centre of Faro. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen including a washing machine. The apartment is a first-floor apartment above restaurants including the delivery door to McDonalds where drivers tend to congregate. Hence, can be noisy. The apartment has shutters on all windows to help reduce the noise. The host was a good communicator. A security deposit is required, but this cannot be paid by Credit Card and must be paid by Revolut (a finance app) or cash....
