"The entire property was clean but unfortunately the pool was very slippery that I almost fell when entering. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We needed to do laundry and they allowed us to use their laundry facility. The view from the hotel was beautiful and breathtaking. The breakfast was very delicious everyday. Don Gonzalo was very kind and helpful."

"Our family loved this hotel for its colonial charm, walkability to the center of town and to various restaurants and coffee shops. There is a great restaurant that is associated with the hotel that also served a great breakfast. The pool was refreshing. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending activities. Great laundry service. The room was a nice respite from the heat and with good air conditioning.
