「The room, property and all amenities were clean and well organized. The managing host was friendly, organized and a very knowledgeable resource to guide us and help plan daily activities (thank-you so much!). All the staff were friendly. Having access to a shared outdoor kitchen was a surprise and extremely useful. Breakfast was made fresh and on-time, coordinated to details such as tour departures. This was an excellent stay and we would come again!」

「The welcome by being collected on the beach and having our luggage taken to the room was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and the view was gorgeous. We were disappointed with the general service, particularly in the hotels restaurant. We booked a table on the first evening and it wasn't ready when we arrived, with the staff seeming stressed at our arrival. We were sat down 15 minutes late and the food took over an hour to arrive, during which time we were not visited once by the staff...

「The Drake Bay Getaway was an unexpected delight! Views from the room were exquisite, as each villa is perched on a hillside with an ocean view. The manager was extremely helpful and spent time explaining about the surrounding area and animal life. We felt as if we were staying with family! Meals were beautifully prepared, offering a sampling of the local food. The location was great too, allowing for quiet relaxation, yet still convenient for activities.」

「Mariadelia welcomed us to the hotel with smoothies and refreshing towels. She was such an angel our whole stay. She anticipated our needs, answered our questions, and helped us book activities. I hope she gets paid highly because she certainly deserves it! We also loved talking with the bartender, Diego who was a sweetie. One of the chefs, Randall also came over and took a picture of me and my husband without us having to ask. Everyone on staff clearly works hard to upkeep this lovely getaway....
