Flexible Sleeping Arrangements for up to 8 Guests Perfect setup for groups, featuring 3 full bathrooms so no one waits in line:
Master Suite: 1 Queen bed + 1 Single bed (Ensuite bath).
Guest Room: 2 Single beds (Ensuite bath).
Living Area: 2 Single sofa-beds + optional air mattress. Access to a 3rd full bathroom.

Guest Access:
***Before your arrival we will request a passport photo of each of the guests who will stay and sign the condominium regulations to have a good coexistence with the neighbors.
We ask you to please notify us when you are on the way to receive them and give them the keys.
To move around the island it is recommended to rent a golf cart, or ask for taxis. If you need we can help you schedule it.
It is located in the southern part of the island, on the side of the open sea, and 90 meters from the beach! Although it is open sea, the sea is normally very calm.
The Neighborhood:
The villas are located in a quiet area of the island and the beach is only 90 meters away.
However, the area is in full development so construction noise from neighboring areas can be heard.
At the moment, one of the houses in the condominium is being remodeled, so construction noise can also be heard inside the condominium.
Other Things to Note:
***Before your arrival, we will ask you for a photo of the passport of each guest who will be staying and to sign the condominium rules to ensure good relations with the neighbors.
Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an additional fee. Please notify us in advance so we can schedule it.
You must complete the online check-in form and present government-issued identification before arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available when you need it. In the condo we also have staff who can help you with anything, however it is always advisable to communicate through Airbnb what you need.
