Important Note: In this haven of peace and family atmosphere, we strive to preserve everyone's tranquility, so parties and loud noise/music at night are not allowed.
Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to arrange it for an extra fee. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.
We ask that you follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors and the surrounding area:
- The reservation is for registered guests only; visitors, extra guests, and pets are not allowed.
- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.
- The use of speakers is only allowed inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.
- Please do not use towels to remove makeup or sunscreen.
- The toilets in the area cannot handle paper in the bowl, and to protect the environment, we ask that you do not throw paper or any other objects into them, as this can cause blockages and significant pollution.
- We do not allow towels or clothes to be hung on balconies or windows in view of neighbors.
- We ask that you do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you do not know where to throw away trash, please ask us.
- Please respect the speed limits when arriving at the property.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking passes, or towels costs $20 USD each.
- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 USD in penalties or call the police for eviction due to bad behavior.
- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kW of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a cost of $5 pesos per extra kW. With responsible use, you should not exceed this amount.
- You have complete privacy on the property; however, if there is a case of force majeure where we have to access it, we will let you know in advance (flooding, leaks, fire, etc.).
