Your experience at Residencial La Diosa is about to begin, where comfort and luxury meet in an exceptional setting. The prime location allows you to immerse yourself in the mesmerizing beauty of Punta Sur.

Our condo at La Diosa Residences is newly built and equipped with the most modern amenities

● Master bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, closet and balcony overlooking the ocean.
● Second bedroom with a queen size bed, plus a twin bed, air conditioning, closet, private bathroom

**We would like to be completely transparent with you about any potential inconveniences during your stay. Due to the constructions near La Diosa, you may experience noise between 9 am and 6 pm.**

Located in a very quiet gated street, with 24 hour security. Just two blocks from the best snorkeling spot Garrafón de Castilla and Parque el Garrafón, as well as the southern point of the island PUNTA SUR, where you can go enjoying both the sunrise and sunset or talking about a walk along the trail overlooking the sea where you can see and photos of the lighthouse and sculptures along the way.
The neighborhood has great restaurants to enjoy live music, drinks, and an international menu like THE JOINT. It is a 10-minute drive from the ferry station and Punta Norte.
We offer our guests an optional yacht shuttle service from Cancun to the island and an optional tour of the entire island. You can ask us about the costs of these optional services.

Perfect Isla Condo

The condo was a perfect place for our adult kids to stay during our family trip. Several of us stayed at a house across the street and having the condo for the younger adults was a perfect way to accommodate them for a less expensive stay with all the amenities and clean, comfortable place to sleep.
