「We had an amazing stay at Casa Del Mar. The property is beautiful and the people are even more so. Ady was very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. Manuel was wonderful, he made us feel at home our entire stay. The home looks just like the photos. Sunset in the rooftop pool was gorgeous! It is very close to the beach and easy to get into town. 「This property is incredible, and really perfect for a family. It was spacious enough that all 4 of us had our own space, but yet we still felt together. The wifi was fast and always available (very important for my teen). The location is ideal. The apartment is located one block from the beach just about right in the middle of the island, so it is about a 20-30 min slow walk to Punta Cocos (2k) and a 20-30 min slow relaxed walk to Punta Mosquito (2-3k). 「Beautiful property in an excellent location. Three somewhat misleading issues: 1) House, as seen in booklet and instagram but not VRBO, is actually a number of units. This was not a big deal other than if one assumed there was more outdoor seating area than there is (see next point). One might have guessed this but VRBO description does not imply. 2) Living area/kitchen has no fans or A/C. It is reliant on breezes, which sounds good but in reality , at least in July is NOT adequate at all....

「A group of 7 of us (4 adults and 3 children) enjoyed staying here. The pool was perfect and shady, great for when it got too hot on the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. We could have done with a couple more sun chairs for outside (two were broken) and more light in the kitchen. It’s quite hard to se what you’re cooking. It’s such a shame that right next door there is was a building plot covered with rubbish which gave the place quite an unfinished feeling.」
