Like this place

Nice clean and pretty. Nice gardens A little further from center but a nice neighbor to explore. Go up to 37th and find many restaurants. There is one in the hotel but we havent tried it yet. And a little restaurant just across the street with good juices. I had asked for an extra blanket and didnt receive one. Sounds carry.. a " young school group" came in and very easy to hear the excitement and laughter as they enjoyed their pizza and came through the halls.. but they were very respectul and all was quiet for the evening. Nice and dark no street noise in our room even though the hotel sits on a highway.

Very far from town by foot. Rooftop had a soaking tub not a pool. No screen so had to keep the door closed. No one there at check in and no responce for a while. No decor. Concrete box. In a construction area. Didn’t feel safe walking the 1/2 Mile to town on dark unpopulated roads. Not in an enjoyable location to enjoy the experience of holbox. No tv Chanel unless you have a Netflix account. Rooftop wasn’t clean or welcoming. No hammocks or garden area to relax in.

Tout était préparé à notre arrivée, l'accueil royal en compagnie d'Emmanuel dit Manu. Vraiment le service est tellement sympa, qu'il faut s'arrêter à cet hôtel. Bien sûr, clim, ventilateur, télé câblée, room service chaque jour, eau naturelle à volonté. Par contre, pas de service bar, resto et p'tit déj...

En general el hotel esta excelente. Muy confortable, amplio y limpio. Lo unico malo es que no se puede ir caminando al centro aunque esta cerca por las condiciones de la calle que tiene muchos charcos con lodo. Tuvimos que pagar taxi del hotel al centro y del centro al hotel. Pero de la habitacion no tengo ninguna queja. Al contrario, tambien el personal que nos atendio es muy amable.

Excelente experiencia en Holbox

La estancia en Luna Roja fue extraordinaria. La atencion del responsable del Hotel fue super profesional. Las condiciones en general del hotes son muy buenas y la limpieza de la habitacion e instalciones, incluyendo el area de Jacuzzi y Roof muy limpias y funcionales. La relacion costo-beneficio es muy buena.

Estancia perfecta!

Fue mi primera vez en Holbox! Y me encantó! El hotel ayudó muchísimo, la ubicación es muy buena a pesar de que en la calle en la que se encuentra hay varios hotelitos en construcción por lo que hay materiales y resulta un poco incómodo llegar, pero eso no depende del hotel. Caminando llegas al centro y a la orilla de la playa. Sus instalaciones son nuevas, se nota, lo que lo hace mucho más cómodo. Toda nuestra estancia fue perfecta!! Sin duda regresaremos 😉

Fue muy dificil llegar pue estaba inundado , ningun taxi quiso llevarnos, llegamos caminando entre el agua, nos llegaba hasta las rodillas, fue muy dificil llegar, luego al momento de ir a acostarme vi que habia un alacran negro de aproximadamente 8cm, fue un gran susto y por la mañana al.bajar por la escalera estaban los escalones con abundante excremento y orina que despues supimos era de mapaches. Asi que decidimos irnos de ahi y buscar otro hotel. Fue bastante complicado

Perfect stay on Isla Holbox

Hotel is walkable to everything but yes, it's a little way off from the beach and that's reflected in the price. Rooms were clean, rooftop was beautiful. Alberto (check in) was amazing and happy to help arrange anything on the island. So happy we booked our stay here, we saved on more pricey accomodation and still got a beautiful property with all the added help of local know-how.

Lindo hotel con un aroma súper relajante.

Muy lindo hotel, completamente nuevo. Me fascinó la comodidad de la cama y la almohada, la habitación huele riquísimo todo el tiempo; además que el aroma es súper relajante. Realmente lo recomiendo para personas que solo quieren descansar y alejarse de la ciudad. Muy confortable la anualidad del dueño. Sin duda regresaría. Si te gusta caminar todo está súper cerca estás a 7 minutos del embarcadero del ferry y a 7 minutos del centro . Si te gusta caminar te encantará todo y claro si eres objetivo. Realmente está muy lindo el hotel.
