Amazing team looked after us so impeccably, nothing was too much trouble. The room was gorgeous room and beautifully thought out. The therapist so understanding and insightful, Fabian on the front desk deserves special mention for first class customer care - loved it!

A boutique gem on this island

We had an amazing stay here, even in spite of some terrible weather the second half of our stay. The staff was amazing and attentive, they kept the restaurant open even with a storm and flooding happening in the area. They truly went above and beyond. The restaurant is a gem on this island. Room was excellent and clean.

This resort is a lovely and serene paradise on the beautiful beaches of Holbox. It’s quiet, clean and beautiful with extra touches like incense in the rooms and fresh flowers. The staff were so caring and sweet…they were full of recommendations and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Excellent location just outside of the hustle/bustle but still walking distance to everything. Just perfect.

Ser Casasandra was such a beautiful and calming place to experience the island from. The design felt warm, thoughtful, and full of character, with little details that made the stay feel special without trying too hard. The hotel felt deeply connected to the nature and rhythm of the island, creating an atmosphere that was peaceful, grounded, and soulful. Our room had an incredible view that made every morning and evening feel memorable. The staff made us feel genuinely cared for, and our daughter absolutely loved the pool. We left feeling rested, present, and very grateful for the experience.

We absolutely loved this property. It’s very aesthetically pleasing. From the architecture, the layout and decor I loved it all. We loved how well it is maintained daily from the landscape to sweeping and even racking the sand to even it out. We loved that they would leave incense sticks in your room so you can light it up as well as a little note daily on affirmations or breathing techniques. Loved the incense they would burn in the evenings at the entrance of the property. Everything there is beautiful and carefully thought out. The bed is extremely comfortable, nice quality sheets and towels and we loved the strong AC. I couldn’t be happier with our room. The property does have a beach club you just have to walk cross the road. The only thing we weren’t happy with was the food. I understand that the vision is wellness and health. The hotel does have to keep in mind not all guests live up to that just because they chose their hotel. I would love to see more traditional Mexican dishes/ or beach pool snacking options. Nonetheless I would love to come back to this beautiful property. My husband and i really enjoyed it and appreciated every little detail. Thank you!

Holbox tranquility - Perfect!

Pure tranquility with outstanding, friendly service staff. The villas and the grounds are pictuesque and very inviting. We had a wonderful stay and did not want to leave.

This by far was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The ambiance was so chill and the service was top notch. The hotel itself is like a picture from am architecture magazine. Every detail to perfection. I can’t say enough about the staff and manager - just over the top helpful and kind. And I loved the location on the Island - just perfect. You can walk downtown but far enough away from the bar scene. My husband and I are so grateful for our time there. Perfect in every way.

We booked a ocean view. Don’t waste your money. The palm trees block most of the view. Suite #3 is the only one with a view. Property is very overpriced and overrated. The main dining area for dinner is very expensive for what it is. Very small portions. The food at the beach was very good. Service at the tables (beach) was good but to get service at the beach front lounge chairs is horrible. Good luck getting towels before noon. I had to go to the lobby to get the towels and was told there was no service till noon. I’ve had better service at the beach in a 2 or 4 star hotel. They don’t fumigate around the pool area and we where torn up by the mosquitoes.
