Great hotel on the beach and the end of town. The location was perfect for exploring restaurants and bars and the beaches nearby. The rooms were comfortable, great AC and firm bed (which is a very Mexican thing) and kept clean and tidy. The food and drinks served were better than average! But the crowning achievement of this place is the service by the staff - amazing service, friendly, helpful, genuinely warm & welcoming! If you’re American, be sure to tip as is accustomed for excellent service, they earn it! Will recommend to my people and definitely coming back!

Great hotel with great location!

Great location and an amazing beach. Close to everything but still quiet in the room. Excellent service and the food was also really good. Breakfast was the same every day, maybe some variation could be good. We stayed at seaside suite and liked it, however it was a bit dark and worn out. WiFi was really good. If you have something urgent to ask from the hotel, I recommend calling, since they didn’t replay to my message in several days. However once we got to the hotel, everything worked smoothly. Overall great hotel and would definitely recommend and book again!

The Presidential Suite was very noisy as it is above the lobby. The bar service is just below as well. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel and the service is awesome.

It was amazing. The only thing that I don’t like was that the manager of restaurant was rude with me one moment when I ask to separate one charge of me and my friend. The other things was excellent, the staff very attentive and kind.

The hotel was right on the beach and on the Main Street. Great location. It’s a part of the cultural difference, I think. They mostly play 80ish American music too loud. All of Holbox is extremely noisy with their music. Definitely unhealthy decibel numbers for us. The place is more for the younger travelers.
