"Beautiful property and great location. Great individual staff members, Bettyna, Sebastian, and Issac . Tourists have set an expectation of pay to play. They have thrown money at the staff to get what they want. Now the staff have an expectation of payment to do their jobs."

"This is clearly an exceptional property that cuts no corners on comfort and customer satisfaction. I have traveled extensively and this property was second to none in its class overall. It was a great value. It my first time with the Excellence group but it certainly not be the last. I had a unit with a private pool which I have had at other resorts. This one was the best for size and maintenance. I could not have asked for more attention. The restaurants offered a full vegetarian option with great selections and fitness and hydro therapy facility were outstanding as well. If you want some personal time with your loved one this is it."
