"Very nice hotel in Khon Kaen, good size room and large selection of food at breakfast buffet. This is my second time I have stayed at this hotel and will stay here again when I visit Khon Kaen. The hotel is nicely located in the city centre and is about a 10 minute walk from a big shopping mall and food court. The hotel staff were always helpfull and pleasant."

"The aircon in our room was too smal for the size of the room, it never got desent cold. I think they had somekind of soap in the pool, it hurts the eye. We order room servuce but got wrong food, found out that they used some tranees, and not so good in english.
Sugestion, should use numbers on the meny to make it more easy to order. But the food was great, look and tasted good.
The staff was helpful and nice. The gym is good too, and close to the pool."
