"We chose to stay here because of affordability, location (near the airport), and complimentary transportation to the airport. Sleeping and room accommodations were excellent but amenities could use some improvements. The pool area was inviting and relaxing. Maybe they can throw in breakfast next time."

"We had a later check in and our AC wasn’t cold at all. Kids were tired and by the time they slept it was too late for us to call engineering. I let the front desk know the next day and it was just an “I’m sorry”. No attempt to fix it or offer some sort of compensation. Sleeping in a warm and musty room is very uncomfortable. With all the hotel competition around I can tell you we probably won’t be coming back here."

"The hotel was great. Expedia was terrible! I tried to cancel this reservation as the company I Work for did another reservation on my name, and surprisingly I couldn’t make it. There was always a system error every time I wanted to cancel my stay. Of course that was until I had to pay for cancellation."

"Convenient location and friendly staff. If your room is on the train-side you might be bothered if you're a light sleeper, but I didn't find it a problem."

"The hotel overall was positive. However at 12:15am the police were outside my door banging for the door next to mine to open up and it was a little unnerving. At first, I thought they were banging on my door. When I looked out my peephole, there were 4+ officers and it just startled me and scared me just a little. Again, since it happened in the hotel, in the late hours of the night, it did impact my overall experience. Not a great one."
