"We were able to arrange an early check in time with no problem, room was spotless and nice and modern and had good selection of tea, coffee and snacks, staff were very friendly. The hotel is next to a few pubs and places to eat and is in the middle of 2 tube stations for getting about"

"The location is fantastic. We walked to The Underground in seven minutes. Our view of Tower Bridge was legendary. We did have a bathtub and we were happy about that. Our twin beds were both very comfortable. TV and WiFi worked well. It was quiet. We had a little space heater in our room and that worked well and kept us very warm. Concierge was very helpful and kind. Taxi rank outside made getting away very easy when we were in a rush. This hotel is not new, but it was in good condition and comfortable."

"A perfect stay from start to finish. On check in, Jolo was amazing. A smile as soon as we got to check in and his customer service skills were impeccable. It makes such a refreshing change when customer service seems to be a dying breed. He was so friendly and personable. Offered us free breakfast for our 2 night stay and a late check out. He couldn’t do enough. In fact, every member of staff we dealt with were superb. The spa facilities, all be it small, were perfectly formed. Infra red sauna, steam, jacuzzi and small pool were spotless. Breakfast was fantastic, up on the top floor, so you had great views of the city. Room was great, clean & spacious with comfy beds. Even though they told us renovation work was taking place of the upper floors of the hotel as it’s soon to become a Marriott, it had no impact on our stay. 2min walk to Moorgate tube or 5 mins to Liverpool st station, it was a perfect location. Will definitely return "

"I had a great stay at the Point A Hotel in King’s Cross. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a short stay. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re arriving or departing by train. It’s a great option for a quick stopover or layover in London. Comfortable, simple, and easy — I would definitely stay here again for a short visit."
