"Our stay here was fantastic. View of the mountains from our room was beautiful. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at the onsite restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Very convenient to go hiking along the different trails and of course to the falls. Highly recommend staying here should you visit Amicalola Falls State Park."

Riverfront Family Retreat Near Downtown Dahlonega

"Our host, Joni, was AMAZING! Always quick to respond to my many questions. Loved the fact that it was pet friendly. The home was very clean and the bed/pillows were quite comfortable, which is difficult to find sometimes. The stairs are a bit tricky, as they are quite steep and slightly uneven in height. The depth of the stairs seems a bit off too. There is an area of the handrail that is not able to be grabbed as it connects to the wall for about 3 steps. The second floor was hard to keep cool, I don’t believe there is a thermostat for that floor so you are utilizing the main level a/c, but it does not cool the second floor appropriately. Third floor has its own unit so it would be quite comfortable. We opted to sleep on the second floor, it was just myself, my husband and our dog, as we didn’t want to do the extra stairs. Enjoyed sitting on the deck with the river and view. Please note, the deck gets extremely hot in the sun, so if you have a fur baby, watch out for their paws It most definitely was a great value."

"The home is beautiful and comfortably appointed with stunning views! Wishing it had been cooler weather to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces in the serenity of the location! First floor bedroom has two twin beds, while there are two king rooms upstairs. Host was extremely communicative and thoughtful about area amenities. It was a perfect weekend getaway at the winery! And very convenient to downtown Dahlonega. Would definitely like to plan another stay at this villa in the fall!"
