「The unit is on the end of the building, so it was quiet and private. Location within College Station was convenient for our purposes, and restaurants and grocery store were very close by. The space inside the unit was great for us -- 3 bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom for two adult women who need their own sink counter space. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen and linens. The unit could use a deep cleaning; a small child finds everything.」

「This property was extremely comfortable, clean and roomy. We were in College Station to celebrate our granddaughter's graduation from medical school and this location was convenient for family to gather. The three bedrooms were large, wonderful dining areas, both inside and outside, and kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with necessities. The separate game room and outside activities' areas were great. We would absolutely stay again.」

「The apartment was perfect for our short trip to College Station. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were good. There is a nice walking park and dog park just down the hill. The apartment is a basic, college-type apartment. Nothing fancy, but functional and clean. I recommend some patio chairs to be able to use the balcony deck. Good communication with the host!」
