「Staff were very welcoming and attentive. While helping other guests with check in, the team did not hesitate to offer refreshments upon arrival. The rooms were very exceptionally clean and did not disappoint. Breakfast was very smooth as well and variety available. We ended up having to leave unexpectedly late in the middle of the night, and the team did not hesitate to coordinate seamless transport to eliminate further stress on our already stressful return back. We would love to stay here...

「Epavli Grace made our stay in Chania incredibly enjoyable. They are a 5-10 minute walk from all of the old town shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and clean - everything brand new. They had a big balcony with a drying rack which was very convenient. They were very accommodating (delivered an iron to the room on request, helped book a taxi to the airport the morning of our flight out). The breakfast was excellent and they had many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Epavli Boutique Hotel. The hotel is in a good location with shops and restaurants nearby. Our room on the first floor was spacious, clean and very comfortable; it included a small fridge which the staff kept stocked up with complementary bottled water on a daily basis. We found all the staff to be welcoming and very professional, in particular Dina and Maria were very helpful and made us feel at home. We’d recommend the hotel very highly. 」
