「The screened in porch was great when it rained - we could still enjoy the river. Being right on the rainbow river was priceless. There were enough kayaks for all of us, life jackets -- everything. Comfy couches and chairs for the entire family in the large living room. Quiet secluded neighborhood. All of this offset the older home. We actually felt like we were at grandma's house -- even had vintage dishes!」

「Overall the property was nice along with the cabin . The only issues we had were there were dead roaches when we walked in and we had to clean the porch and patio furniture. We realize it's in the woods but would have expected those areas to have cleaned before we arrived」

「The property is located at the waterfront and surrounded by what seems like a protected wild land. It is beautiful and green and pretty rustic. We saw deer and wild birds and lots of lizards. All modern amenities are available, but dated. The rooms could use a thorough cleaning, as well as the porch furnishings. My bedsheets had sand in them and the pillows smelled used. Check your bedding’s before first use. There are extras in a wardrobe in one of the rooms. Overall, a wonderful stay. 」
