"Our stay at the Restoration was perfect! The entire establishment is beautiful with well appointed rooms in a wonderful local of downtown Asheville. We enjoyed the happy hour in the lobby and the welcome breakfast starter was very thoughtful! Dining at the Watch was convenient and wonderful! The staff was very welcoming and warm and could not be more accommodating! We will certainly be back! "

"Very clean room. Suite was spacious for our family of 6. Had everything we needed for the night. Pool was fun. Breakfast was ok. Check in went smoothly. Ample parking and great location. Plenty to do in the area and many dinner options. "

"Hotel room was clean really nice but we booked this hotel because it advertised a rooftop overlook and lounge with a bar. When we went up there to have a cocktail no one was there to serve us so we went to the front desk to ask about it. The girl at the front desk said it was only open seasonally and would most likely not be open until sometime in May. Very disappointing! They should have had this information on the booking site and also posted at the hotel because we were not the only ones up there looking for the same thing. Again that was disappointing. "

"The room was horrid. There were spiders webs in the ceiling and badly patched holes in the ceiling. The bathroom Had what Looked to be black mold. The rooms were were not throughly cleaned. I booked for 2 nights however barely made it through one. We left the next day and booked another room in a different hotel. I know they’re going through some Renovations however the ones they’ve done so far are subpar at best. The outdoor court years and plants were Not mattered and dead to be the beginning of spring. I expected better due to the last time we stayed it was so much better. It still can be but it’s going to take attention to details and truly inserts that their location is great and they can fix up the place and charge Premium rates to get a great return on investment. If only I could get a refund for the night we did not stay. Thank You for personal hospitality it’s just the condition of place is the issue. I "
