Booked this cabin for a quick getaway from the city. Was definitely a cozy cabin. Location was nice, within 3-5 mins walking distance from the beach which was beautiful. Only improvement I would suggest is cleanliness. The deck/patio space at the front needed to be cleaned once we arrived, didn't appear as though it was cleaned after the previous guests. Was also looking forward to using the hot tub but unfortunately also looked uncleaned from the previous guests. Brought my dog who loved all the yard space but close supervision required given the yard being unkept. Also worth mentioning there are several signs regarding pesticide use at the bottom of the front yard and along the sidewalk, unsure what areas exactly but just to be aware if bringing pets. A few repairs seem necessary within the home but otherwise the kitchen had every amenity, and the beds were cozy. A nice little time away to relax and unwind!

Family weekend

Lovely place , great host. Went for an ice fishing weekend with family and friends and had a blast . Was nice having access to the back shed / wood stove to dry out our equipment ! Thanks again for the stay !

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! It's a short walk or drive to a private beach. We loved watching the ducks and geese on the water. Wifi worked well and the cabin was well stocked with cooking utensils. I would recommend!

The bedsheet in the main room were not washed. There was evidence of a couples night before us… good thing there was a washer in site and we had laundry detergent. Would not recommend. On top of that we didn’t get a code to get in, we had to call multiple times.

One of the cleanest properties we have ever been to. The place is beautiful and it's a 3-minute walk from the beach. The beach is small, sandy, and the water was of a great temperature at the end of June. Lots of kids, which made it feel alive. It was great to see the locals enjoy their days in this beautiful place and chat with some of them. Innisfil was a surprise for sure. A great town adjacent to a larger city. Everything you need is between three and 17 minutes away by car (convenience stores, Costco, Walmart, EV charging, etc.). The phone number listed in the ad connected us to someone who helped us with the initial question, but I highly recommend getting the phone number of the actual host because Silvana left no questions unanswered. Silvana was also quick to reply to our text messages, which is useful if you don't have the entry code or if you wonder whether the tap water is drinkable. Don't rely on instant messaging through Vrbo either and *get the host's phone number ahead of time*. Also, make sure to buy a few things before you arrive (including the basics you normally find at rentals: coffee, sugar, oil, cereal, coffee creamer, conditioner, etc.) to avoid going to grocery stores after a long drive in case previous guests used up everything. We were, however, very happy with the property and our overall experience in Innisfil, and hope to come back. Silvana obviously takes pride in holding her place to a high standard, and it shows. Thank you, Silvana.
