「We really enjoyed the house and easy access to Lake Simcoe. The beds were comfortable, the grill worked really well and there was a fire pit in the backyard we used on two of our nights there.」

「We had such an incredible trip! Our group ended up renting a pontoon boat that we were able to come and go right from the dock. Water was crystal clear which made swimming so enjoyable for us. We booked this cottage as it was one of the very few places that had both a hot tub and a sauna. Cottage had everything we needed. Will definitely book again for longer next time for sure.」

「The cottage is spacious, clean, well-equipped and attractive. There was plenty of eating, sleeping and sitting room for our family of 11. The outdoor area is comfortable. We spent most of our time in the water, on the lily pad, kayaking, sitting on the dock, in the hot tub, relaxing in the shaded sitting area and chatting around the lighted fire pit. Thanks Ethan for being attentive and pleasant. 」

「The property was an hour drive from home and all the amenities close by. Cathy answered my questions immediately and was a perfect hostess. Unfortunately, we stayed during a heat wave, so it was hot, but there was an A/C unit in the main part of the cottage and ceiling fans all over the place. Had a wonderful time. Thanks Cathy.」

「There are so many misrepresentation in ad and the actual property: The address in VRBO was different than the actual property’s address . Property suppose to have a lake view however it was facing to a lagoon which no swimming was allowed. This property suppose to have 8 Bed rooms per VRBO however there are only 5 bedrooms. The property should have AC and fan however there are fans only . It was hot.. Beds should be enough for 15 people however the two aired camping beds were not working...
