I rated accuracy of listing as good instead of excellent, mostly because I am the one who did not read the notes provided by the host, not because the host did not disclose that the property is still getting upgrades. I was in a hurry when I booked the property, and did not have time to read the fine print. It happens, and we made it all work. Regardless, the host was helpful and offering options.
