House Rules:
1. No loud noise allowed at any time, music is allowed during the DAY (not during quiet hours) if it is contained within the property. CITY QUIET HOURS MUST BE FOLLOWED FROM 9:30 PM to 9:30 AM. Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed.
2. Respect the house and report all damages
3. Street parking is NOT permitted. Up to 10 cars will fit in the driveway.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
7. Booking agreement must be signed at the time of booking, E-signature will be sent via email. The guest has 1 hour to sign or the reservation will automatically cancel if not signed.
8. ID Verification Check and Credit Card is required on file during check-in
9. Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved by Luxury Desert Escapes for insurance purposes
10. Max guest count: 20 guests during both the day and night.
11. No deliveries to the home without prior approval as we may not have access to postal box
