We were 3 families (5 adults, 3 teenage girls) here for a lacrosse tournament. There were enough beds for everyone and the house +casitas were lovely. I thought the beds were very comfortable. The house was just as advertised. We took advantage of the spa, the bikes, and pickle ball courts, as well as the easy walking/driving distance to the fields. That was particularly great for the early morning games. The only slightly annoying part is that the closest gate to 50th Ave does not have a walk through gate for pedestrians and cars need a transponder to exit/enter, which I am assuming is restricted to residents. I wish that there was a way to at least walk/bike through the gate without waiting for a car. I believe other reviewers had mentioned this so I knew what to expect.
Otherwise, it was usually fine to enter/exit through the main gate, but it did get backed up the first night we were there and it took us 20 minutes to drive through the front gate after going to Walmart to get groceries. On Sunday, the Lifestyle Center closed early, which we didn't know, but fortunately there were some very nice people with extra paddles who shared with us when we went in the afternoon. The coffee pot was broken by previous renters and the replacement had not come in yet and there was a Keurig but no pods. Unfortunately I didn't know that before I went to the grocery store. Tiffany, the owner, was very responsive and I appreciated her communication. Overall, a great place to stay
