IMPORTANT: To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Let’s start with a few basics:
How to stay like a local: There are so many awesome things to see, do, eat, and drink just a short drive away from your Rental Unit.
That being said, to help you have the best stay possible, we have a few tips for your stay.
1. You’re living like a local, be respectful of the other locals.
2. All of our Rental Units are smoke-free environments. Including the entire Rental property.
3. Pets are NOT allowed in this Rental Unit for any reason. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in the immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
4. Your trip details should already be complete. If they aren’t, just go ahead and message us!
5. Your friend, your responsibility. Pretty simple: if you invite them to your Rental Unit, you’re responsible for their actions.
6. There are occupancy limits we must follow for each of our listings. Help us follow the rules.
Parking: THIS IS A BIG ONE! THE HOA WILL FINE YOU DAILY WITH CITATIONS! GUESTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN FINED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS EXTRA DUE TO NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULES!: -You have room for two cars in the driveway -The HOA does not allow work vehicles or RV/Sprinter Vans, they will fine you. Work vehicles have to cover any logos and not be too large to be accepted, they will fine you. -If they are larger vehicles, I suggest backing one in. -The tires must be on the driveway or they will cite you. -You also have access to the garage for another car or two. We do have a security camera in the garage (facing outward) and by parking in there you acknowledge the camera and video recording. NOTE: If you have more than the allotment of cars for parking in the driveway, we can safe-list one or maybe two cars, but I need the following: 1. Make, model and license plate number at least twenty-four hours prior to arrival. 2. Cars parked in the street must be facing the right direction at all times.
If you park a car in the street overnight, the driveway must be full...or they will fine you.
If you park on the street overnight and you haven`t asked your vehicle to safe-list your vehicle, they will fine you.
NO commercial vehicles or sprinter vans allowed in the community after 6:00 PM.
