This part of the cape has beautiful majestic blue water and sand dune filled beaches and terrific restaurants (visit the beach comber, 5 min away!) The house was comfortable and we were able to relax and enjoy cooking in and eating on the outdoor deck. The bayside beach behind the yard is quiet and easy to get to via a path beside the house. "

"This is our second stay on Lt. Island but our first at this property. Lovely home perched atop a hill affording water views. Home very much like the pictures. Would suggest the home isnt great for toddlers - no gates to deck’s stairs or interior spiral staircase. As other reviews mention the well water is brackish, but plenty of bottled water is provided. The a/c is just window units - so the home can get quite warm on the upper level on sunny afternoons. "
