「Great hotel and great customer service highly recommended!」

「朝食の種類が少なくおいしくない 」

「親切な対応を頂きました。」

「The hotel benefits from an excellent location just across the street from the Quicentro shopping centre and all of its cafes and restaurants. It is a great spot to start exploring the city and is in a generally safe area. There are security guards outside the property and overall you will find that this is a safe hotel. 「Todo en orden. Solo una observación: al elegir la opción del hotel aparece traslado aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto y realmente no hay ese servicio.」

「Very nice for the price」

「Friendly staff, nice neighborhood. Very simple bed and breakfast type」

「😡 I originally made a reservation & paid for 16 days. However, I left this hotel early because my doctor finished up some treatments early. The hotel manager said he would give me a hotel credit for the 8 days I left early. I liked that idea because my wife visits Quito a lot. However, the hotel manager LIED to me & my wife. The manager refused to give me any sort of documentation that stated we had a credit for 8 days at that hotel. Expedia even tried to contact them but that was of no use....

「Absolutely loved the location, the building and the apartment. It is extremely well located and close to tons of things to do. The beds were very comfy and the overall stay was a wonderful experience.」

「Un sitio limpio y seguro」
