I chose this because I wanted to stay in a hotel that had access to an onsen, and this one did not disappoint. The onsen facility was clean, never over crowded and a nice temperature even during the hot summer. A complimentary cream or popsicle after you soak was a bonus. "

"Hotel Select Inn Aomori is an older hotel that feels like it needs some updating. However their service was excellent. We had breakfast included, they let us take a different bun everyday and one night provided a simple supper service as the local restaurants were all closed due to a holiday."
