Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more.
From what I observed from the bus ride I didn’t see anything close in walking distance.

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo.
The hotel's ambiance was simply beautiful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for a city known for compact spaces. Its prime location, just a 5-minute walk from a JR line, made navigating Tokyo incredibly convenient. Plus, being within walking distance of fantastic restaurants and yes, even the indispensable 7-11s, added immense value to our stay.

The rooms themselves are small but the hotel is great for what it is. Location is away from major traffic making it quiet. Walls were not thin so you can’t hear neighbors. Lots of food options around. Within walking distance with luggage from Shimbashi Station. And if you are ok with 10 min walks. Ginza shopping is pretty close.

The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. I slept great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy walk to Nippori station and fun shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a capsule hotel. You go for a nights rest. For me, it was after a long flight so a nice shower and cool bed was all I was looking for. This place delivered and it helped being IN the airport so I had more than enough time to get to my following flight.

Property is on a great location 2 minutes walk from ryogoku train station , staff is very friendly,
Room was clean daily with clean towels .
Close to supermarket and stores, price is well worth, travel with my 16 year old daughter and was a great experience. Will definitely recommend it
You can hear the train but will not take the sleep away .

This was our first time staying here at we think it was a great place to stay. For the price you couldn't beat it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill us up every morning, there were several restaurants and attractions within walking distance and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was a little small and the sound proofing wasn't the best but we slept fine. We would stay here again without hesitation when we're in Narita.

Good size room, well maintained, even though it is an older property, very good facility and amenities, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The included bus to and from Narita city center and the bus to and from the airport were great services.
