"The hotel was beautiful. Our view in the Jr. Suite looking out over the pool and Mediterranean was amazing. They also have ladders from the pool area to the ocean, which is worth enjoying. The staff were very helpful and professional! The breakfast offered everything you would want. Fresh juices, cook to order eggs and omelettes and many cheese choices. The location to local shops and restaurants was in walking distance so very convenient! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"great hotel and staff. perfect location for shopping and food. we got a room with the ocean view and it was gorgeous. one thing i will suggest - if you dont like kids absolutely get the floor thats for adults only. the pool there is much quieter and chill. we really appreciated all the helpful ways the staff took care of us. and we could check our luggages after check out because our travel plans werent until later. over all its an amazing hotel. we will definitely come back."

"We felt like we got lucky with this hotel. We did take a junior suite which was extremely spacious and more than suited our needs for the holiday. It’s fabulous how you can turn one way and walk into a choice of pools and yet turn another and you can swim right into the sea. We were there outside of school term holidays so I can’t talk for what the hotel is like when children are there but we found it extremely peaceful and well appointed – one observation however is that there are no USB charging points which wasn’t a problem as we had plugs with us, but it’s something he would expect from a four star hotel. Location was absolutely fabulous with wonderful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus the bus stop outside leads straight into Palma within 35 minutes."

"The staff were excellent, friendly and professional and very helpful. A real credit to the hotel. The pool areas are great, we spent a lot of time here and there were plenty of sunloungers and it was peaceful and relaxed. The beach is a 2 minute walk down the hill and is fantastic. A quiet cove that we swam in every day, with a beach bar that gives it a bit of a vibe too. The beach is a big selling point and if you want a relaxed and exclusive feel then this is well worth a look. The rooms are slightly small. We definitely would have preferred more space. There's no gym/fitness center at the hotel. We booked it expecting there to be but assume it is being refurbed. Breakfast is really good with a wide selection and omelettes cooked fresh. It is around a 15 minute walk to Portals Nous with upscale places to eat in the marina, and more affordable in the town center. Over all a really nice stay and we would recommend the hotel."

The bathroom door could do with being checked so it didn't get stuck when trying to close it. Otherwise, the pool was great, we loved the location, not far into Palma town, with easy transport options."
