「We stayed in the Barn. The facility is just across the road from the main hotel. We found the room exceptionally clean, cosy, modern and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was superb. Evening meal was great too. Cannot fault it! 」

「Lovely, cosy hotel in a picturesque area. Every member of staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The food was superb, and not overly priced for such a beautiful place. Our room - no. 3 - was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. We had two nights here, just as a little break away for me and my husband. We both said we would love to go back. There's some beautiful walks, nature reserves, etc in and around Colne, so the Alma will be a great base. 」

「Gorgeous stay. The staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. They are a real credit to the management. I attended to go to Yarndale in addition to celebrating my friends birthday. The restaurant was lovely with lots of choice including specials and with a prompt courteous service and a great ambiance. Will definitely be back when the log fire gets lit. Highly recommend for a lovely get away 」

「What a find in a beautiful area. Short trip off the A1 and absolutely stunning pub with rooms. Rooms were great, comfortable clean and has everything you will need for a good stay. Dinner was really tasty. Didn’t stop for breakfast but can only imagine how nice it would be. Would definitely recommend and would stay next time I am in the area 」
