「service quality is so poor. in ordering at restaurant, it takes huge time till bring (1 hours for beer, 2 hours for burger!) staffs at restaurant are not educated. poor attitude. I asked room make up, but they did not do. everything is forgotten. I recommend not to use this hotel if you don't want have an unpleasant experience.」

「If you are one of the people that get the opportunity to lodge at this place, count yourself lucky. This place is beautiful, very spacious, secure and comfortable. The maintenance man, Juwon, is as hospitable as you can get in Lagos. The proprietor, Precious Eze, is a gem. I have nothing but great remarks to give.」

「Overall the property was nice but the following issues require immediate attention. 1. Internet/Wi-Fi was terrible - it sometimes went off for hours and there was no way to contact anyone as there was no intercom. 2. No complimentary water - it doesn’t cost that much to get complimentary water - worse case, ask us to pay it you can’t provide for free. 3. No clean towels on arrival. It took several hours to get a couple after back and forth communication. 4. The room we reserved was unavailable...
