Alkistis luxurious Ground Floor Apartment is situated in Ikaria island in the region of Therma, the place of the best worldwide known spa baths. It is a modern autonomous fully renovated apartment, with independent entrance and breathtaking view of the sea and the nearby islands. It is situated in a 30-meter distance from the beach of Therma, between the two mineral springs of Apollonas and Spileo.
It is tastefully constructed and fulfills all the requirements for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The ground floor apartment accommodates two to three persons. There is one room with two single beds equipped with adjustable electronically slatted bed bases, that can be turned into a double bed, according to demand, a small sitting room with a single sofa bed, in the kitchenette, and a bathroom.
More specifically, it is equipped with an air-conditioning, a flat Tv set, a portable massage mattress, which you can place it in the bed, and enjoy a massage, two hairdryers, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, flat iron, ironing-board, scale, heated towel rails in the bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, kettle, coffee-maker, and toaster. and all necessary kitchen appliances. Due to the coronavirus situation, we fulfill all government requirements and protocols regarding the sterilization and cleanliness of the apartment which also has its own independent entrance.
