"チェックイン前日に来るはずだった案内メールが届かず、フロント玄関の鍵が開けられない状況になった。 たまたま、他のチェックイン客が開けてくれたので館内に入ることは出来た。 2度目の投宿で要領は分かってはいたが、鍵の開錠ができない、というのは想定外であった。 その場で電話で前述の件を伝えたが「ああ、ごめんなさい」程度の反応で落胆した。 館内の清掃、部屋の準備を含めて、Value for moneyだとは思っているが、案内メールの発信は毎日確認するべきだと思う。 次回も利用させてもらいたいが、ぜひ改善をお願いしたい。"

"部屋は綺麗です。 古い建物の為冷蔵庫の扉を開けると、開けっぱなしになります。建物が傾いています。 周囲の宿泊客によりますが、今回はハズレでした。 夜中うるさく眠れませんでした "

"チェックインして　部屋の匂いが気になり　窓を開けようとしたら　全ての窓下はきだしレールに虫の死骸がビッシリで　風が入ると　部屋に入ってきてもおかしくない状態だったので　 なくなく、掃除しました　 その他　全体的に　汚れている箇所が　目につき　清掃不十分だと思います　施設とのやりとりも チェックアウトの時間に関して　何度もメールがきましたが　この件で　メールをしたら　一切　返信もなかったです　海の側で　ゆったりできる所なので　清掃　換気など　改善されていけば　よい施設なのに　、、、残念と感じました "

"There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. "Very quiet, cozy, and comfortable. Only downfalls we’re ants inside the residence and there was no step to easily get in the pool. "

"Pros: quiet area, big living room & dining room, big parking lot. Water pressure was good, and I especially appreciated a big entre. Cons: we could have wished more towels, kitchen towels, and bigger bedrooms. The area is quiet and a walking distance to a pretty beach, however, it would take a bit of drive to find place to eat. "
