The resort

The staff was absolutely outstanding exactly what you would expect at a grand Hyatt hotel. The indoor pool was wonderful so was the spa. It's a beautiful island getaway perfect for relaxation. Exactly what I needed.

Fantastic room, very spacious and clean.

Everything was way beyond my expectation. The room I booked was spacious and commanded a spectaculr view. Staff were invariably helpful, courteous, and accommodating in every sense. As the hotel is located in the middle section of Okinawa, I could venture into varying sites--north and south.

This hotel is a 10 in every way, gorgeous setting, hotel, service, amenities and a fabulous spa. This is hospitality, taste and elegance at its best.

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The room was very comfortable, CLEAN, had all the amenities that you would need and very spacious!! We stayed the 3rd week in October for 1 night. The views from the balcony...

Great overall!

Very luxurious hotel with lots of amazing stuff to do on site. Meant more for romantic couples, with various spa treatments available, as well as indoor pools and access to its sister resort for more dining and shopping options. Perfect for a romantic milestone celebration or a surprise trip!

This is a very large hotel. Unfortunately we experienced the distant typhoon, making our experience dissapointing. The front desk was not very accommodating when I was unhappy with my room. I agreed to stay in any of their buildings to have the view I desired. They told me EVERY room was booked. I don’t think so… offseason and a typhoon ??!! I do not like massive, mediocre accommodations in general.

Everyone was great

施設はセンス良く綺麗で、景色も素敵、お食事も美味しくスタッフの方々も丁寧でした。非常にリラックスできる空間で過ごすことができました。

In front a beach. Clean, courteous staff. Great breakfast. Would like to return to this hotel and stay longer.

Beautiful room with an amazing view and walk out to the beach

My stay was amazing! I enjoyed everything. The staff was very friendly and were able to help me even though I spoke English. I would 100 percent recommend!

The moon beach museum resort is a literal slice of paradise!!!! I would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat. My husband and I went for our honeymoon during a three week trip to Japan, and after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, it was the perfect way to finish our trip. The room was beautiful with an ocean view, the sand was white and the whole area gave Hawaii vibes. One day we went scuba diving and we used an outside company; the front desk staff helped us to schedule our...
