The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, mirrors the layout of the ground floor and offers an equally well-appointed living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed of the same dimensions — 160 cm in width and 180 cm in length — accompanied by a dining table. This floor also contains 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and a shower and WC.
