I loved my stay here and I wish I had thought to stay here the previous night as well. It's right by the train station, so it's very convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and I really enjoyed my check in experience with them. The western-style rooms here look comfortable but a little outdated in decor. Hotel Isomura was a warm and welcoming place to stay! The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable Japanese-style inn rooms. The women's bath was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay in Kesennuma and this hotel!

The property is right on the beach and the rooms have a beautiful view. They have a nice hot bath for men and women. The food is amazing and the presentation of the food is also wonderful. Wonderful customer service. Be aware their English in this area of Japan is not the best.

The hotel staff was wonderful to me and my friend though they could not speak much English they tried their best to show us around the hotel and personally showed us to our room.
