"The front desk and luggage services were so friendly and nice. We got there early and as expected wasn’t able to check in until after 3pm, but the front desk had already taken all our information and so when our room was ready at 3pm they had already assigned us a room and taken our suitcases (that we left at bell services upstairs! It was the smoothest check in we’ve had this entire trip. My kids loved the hotel so much that they didn’t want to go. I really liked the free Disneyland shuttle they had and the frequency of the shuttle pickups. Although the night time pick up around 9:00 pm seemed really delayed this past Thursday. Dad "

"They provided excellent customer service and have a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately, i did leave something behind and didn't realize it until i got home in the United States. Not sure if they threw it away but it's fine if they did since i left it behind. I would recommend this hotel and would go again when i do come back to Japan!!"
