"The amenities were lacking. We have stayed there about 6 times over the years. This time there was no microwave, so we couldn't eat leftovers. No coffee pot, So we had to go downstairs right out of bed to buy $6 coffee at restaurants or Starbucks. And the courtesy water bottles in the past were now $3. Not sure what the exorbitant "resort fees" were for...just a pool and small workout room and every hotel offers those. No tennis court or golf course, etc. to qualify as a resort. There was a spa but overpriced for massages. I suppose charging more reasonable room rate looks good...but then this fee jacks it up. Its misleading On the positive side, the bellmen, valet and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful,. Check in and out was quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants and a movie theater. So if you dont mind paying a resort fee for nothing. And amenities aren important to you then I recommend the hotel. As for us, this will be our final stay there."

"This property is immaculately clean and nicely presented. It is well set up for 4 to 6 people. There was not enough plates or cups for any more and seating outside was limited to 4. The pool was lovely and the option to pay extra for heat was appreciated. Had we been traveling with younger guests we would have definitely taken advantage of this extra. Close enough to the Strip for ease but far enough away for peace!"

"Hot tub and pool was great! The property was gorgeous, very clean and worked well for our family. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. The provided pack n play and pull out bed worked wonderfully! Host was great and very nice. Responded quickly and professionally. 10/10 recommend! "

"This is a beautiful private home in an upscale small neighborhood about 30 minutes from the Strip (which we avoided like the plague). We enjoyed the beautiful garden in the backyard. The kitchen is large, has all utensils, spices, oils and other things needed for basic cooking. The house is huge and there are lots of windows, which let in a lot of light, which is nice, because it was sunny every day! The pool is beautiful, although we did not use it. This lovely secluded place is Sigrid's HOME, so respect it. I believe she lives there when people are not renting. She personally greeted us upon arrival. She is very friendly and sweet. She had some water and good chocolate for us and told us to use anything in the pantry or refrigerator that we wanted. It was our anniversary and she even had a card and a bottle of wine for us -- very thoughtful. She has lots of information on the surrounding areas and had great suggestions of places we could hike and off-the-beaten track eateries. We enjoyed the natural beauty of the garden. We enjoyed the proximity to the national and state parks."

"The home was beautifully decorated and was very well supplied with products and utensils. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. The backyard and jacuzzi area was so calm and peaceful it was a pleasure to sit outside. TV was very easy to use and we enjoyed some baseball games. Beds very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property to fellow travelers and will rent again next time we get to Las Vegas!"
