"We had a wonderful stay at this Las Vegas home and would absolutely recommend it to others—especially families or groups looking for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing place to stay.First, the host was excellent with communication. Everything was clear, timely, and helpful from booking through checkout, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We were in town for a funeral, so having a spacious and welcoming place for our family to gather meant a lot. The home truly delivered. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet the layout also made it easy to spend time together.The amenities really stood out. The game rooms (pool table and poker table) were a big hit, and the backyard was a highlight with the pool, spa, and putting green. It felt like our own private resort. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for group meals and relaxing, and having Smart TVs in every room was a nice bonus.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated, and the location made it easy to access stores and other essentials.Overall, this home provided comfort, space, and great entertainment during a meaningful and emotional trip for our family. "This is a beautiful private home in an upscale small neighborhood about 30 minutes from the Strip (which we avoided like the plague). We enjoyed the beautiful garden in the backyard. The kitchen is large, has all utensils, spices, oils and other things needed for basic cooking. The house is huge and there are lots of windows, which let in a lot of light, which is nice, because it was sunny every day! The pool is beautiful, although we did not use it. This lovely secluded place is Sigrid's HOME, so respect it. I believe she lives there when people are not renting. She personally greeted us upon arrival. She is very friendly and sweet. She had some water and good chocolate for us and told us to use anything in the pantry or refrigerator that we wanted. It was our anniversary and she even had a card and a bottle of wine for us -- very thoughtful. She has lots of information on the surrounding areas and had great suggestions of places we could hike and off-the-beaten track eateries. We enjoyed the natural beauty of the garden. We enjoyed the proximity to the national and state parks."
