"The hotel lobby is large. Locations was good. Our room had trash in it when we arrived and the shampoo bottles were empty! No pool towels for guests! Plenty of sun beds to use! Went to beach club and restaurant on site they were both very good! Water spots available walking distance! Staff were courteous but not friendly! You could easily hear people talk in adjacent rooms so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue. I still think the hotel was nice and would stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our 2 nights in Ibiza. A few things to note - our extra comforter had a big stain on it, which was a little disturbing, but the staff quickly change them out for us. The kitchenette was useful. Also the baggage storage staff person was very nice and kind. Thank you!"

"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. The location of the hotel near old town was super practical and also 2 blocks from the ferry station to formentera. It was convenient. There was a laundromat within 6 blocks and a supermarket across the street."
