"I was told when i went there i was booking for a standard room n i asked if it included breakfast the guy said yes. That didn't happen we were declined breakfast saying someone else put that online n they refused to hive it to us. We asked for standard room n i booked that but some how the guy gave us a suite i didn't know there was nothing special about it to tell. They started harassing me about Expedia and that i didnt pay the bill. I had to contact Expedia. Remind you if they were having...

"Mosquitoes all over the room. The walls have mosquito bloods all over. It appears people tried to manually kill mosquitoes by hitting them against the walls, leaving mosquitoes stains on walls. No internet connection"

"The hotel service was excellent- except that they didn’t know who Orbitz was and I couldn’t check in without paying again. SO I have paid double. I would like Orbitz to refund the room charges for this reservation since I had to pay again in person. The hotel did not receive any notification of my arrival and does not know how to get paid from Orbitz. So I need my money back. The actual stay at the hotel was very accommodating. Excellent service. Will return but will not use Orbitz"
