The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I was surprised to learn there was no air conditioning.

The location was amazing! We spent time on the little balcony watching the people walk by - so entertaining. The apartment is spacious. The windows had coverings to block the 22-hour sunlight since we have to sleep at some point. The communication with the management was excellent. The only thing the places needed were fans. It was very warm while we were trying to sleep. A fan would have made the apartment even more comfortable. The only tiny issue was being asked to complete a form that included our passport information during check-in with the words “third party sharing” in the fine print. I emailed about not wanting to do that and was quickly accommodated. Great place to stay in the very heart of Reykjavik!
