Amazing hotel and a truly unforgettable experience. Beautiful Nordic design with large windows and spectacular views. The food is excellent, and having the hot tub and sauna available after a day of exploring Iceland was perfect. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. One of the highlights of our trip!

Book with extreme confidence! This gem is high-end luxury for Iceland. The lobby and reception were fantastic, the staff communicate with respect and helpfulness. The rooms were very clean with super comfortable beds. It had modern tvs, excellent bathroom, and ample space. The three well maintained outdoor hottubs had views for days! Sauna and workout facilities were great. Restaurant was awesome!

The property is located perfectly for glacier lagoon and diamond beach. The thermal spas, sauna, and view of the glacier from the property are outstanding. The restaurant is quite good and the breakfast buffet is excellent/worth the money. The bar and lounge areas are really nice/tasteful. Like most hotels in Iceland, the rooms are not air conditioned...so the room was very hot in early September. They offered us a fan. The rooms are very small. You are paying for the amenities and proximity in my opinion!

The Glacier lagoon hotel has got all the bells and whistles of a luxury hotel with gorgeous views and friendly staff. The hot tub with mountain views is indeed the highlight. The restaurant had a good breakfast spread and dinner menu had vegetarian options as well. We loved the stay and would highly recommend.
