"We always stay here when we visit Kempten. The hotel is very well run and offers a great choice of rooms. We usually book a garden room which is big enough for the two of us and our small dog. The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff welcoming, friendly and very professional. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and it is frequently topped up so very fresh. If I could change one thing it would be the pillows as I find them not very good. "

"The hotel is old and not very friendly to Americans at least the day I was there. No place to eat, so they charge for dinner buffet and when asked if anything else around I was told by the staff that there is one but you need a reservation. They get you for it is in the middle of no where and we arrived late and did not want to drive 30 minutes for dinner when they were possibly closed. I would find something else if I had to do it again."

Comfortable beds, blackout shades, and beautiful views of the hills, Alps in the distance and castle ruins literally accross the street. It was peaceful and perfect! And the breakfast and dinner we had at the hotel were amazing!"
