"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. "Das Frühstück, das Zimmer und die Lage waren toll. In dem Stadtteil von Sonthofen ist ist sehr ruhig, was uns bekannt war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!"

"Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, alles fußnah zu erreichen. Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Our family loved staying here. Ulrich and Jeanette were wonderful hosts. The suite was very clean and perfect for our small family. We can't wait to go back in the future!"

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
