The listing says “located in Eureka Springs historic district”, has the pin on the map on Main Street, and states that it is within 1-3 minute walk of several restaurants and shops we planned to visit. Roads are VERY rough (was not mentioned), they arent really suitable for anyone that doesnt have a truck or large SUV. We couldn't even drive down to the water access becasue the road is washed out.
