「Room was very spacious and well maintained , the staff were friendly and professional, couldn’t do enough for me Really enjoyed my evening meal ( prices were very reasonable) Great traditional country pub/inn Definitely recommend a visit」

「On arrival could have done with better signage as to where to park as we ended up parking at Forbidden Corner. Also not easy to find Reception and when we did find there was no-one there for 10 mins. Room nice, dressing gown and slippers nice touch. Had evening meal in the bar which was ok and staff were attentive. Meals on the Sunday finished at 5 and bar closed which was inconvenient. We were informed no staff on site again until Wed. We couldn’t boil kettle Mon morning as electric went off...
