"The room was clean, the staff were polite. The beds were comfortable but no sleep was to come because the walls are paper thin as well as between the floors. Children on the second floor out of control."

"Older place yet clean. Bathroom lacked vent and steamed up very quickly. shower head was harsh with little adjustment. Koi pond was cool. Pool and spa were okay. Breakfast was great. Desk staff were very friendly."

"The hotel is currently under construction, and we were unaware of this. I called in advance to discuss several things because my husband was going for surgery early in the morning. The Consiage had the opportunity to let me know. Several outlets in the room did not work, the mini fridge was plopped on the floor, and the rest of our room was piecemealed together. When I spoke with another guest getting room-temperature coffee in the lobby, I learned I had one of the better rooms. I would recommend waiting until the construction is complete before staying here. "
